A quick look at our Factory of the Future barometer...

In our latestFactory of the Future 2021 barometer (an analysis of global industrial investment), we measured the distance between an investor's headquarters and the location of their investment.Applied to the more than 22,000 investments in our database, we found that the average distance was 3,391 km (5,226 km for FDI and 1,027 km for domestic investment).We also showed:- that there was a downward trend in the distance between the location of an investment decision and the location of the investment, even before Covid;- that 2020 was the year of the greatest reduction in the average distance;- that in 2021, the average distance is still decreasing, but at a slower pace.To receive the full report, contact us : https://www.trendeo.net/contact/
