On the occasion of the Pollutec trade show, PubliNews has written an article today on Ecoterritoires, a group of seven territories, most of them departmental in scale, which wish to promote their skills in hosting "green" investment projects (cf. the Ecoterritoires. org website). The article gives some results on the segmentation of the projects identified - as part of the prospecting campaign conducted by this group of development agencies - as well as data on "green" jobs from Trendeo's Investment Observatory. The scope of observation of these two tools is slightly different: Ecoterritoires lists projects that are still being defined within companies, whereas Trendeo's investment observatory mainly lists announced projects - but includes a few potential projects.Nevertheless, the major trends in the sector are identical in both cases: the preponderance of projects linked to renewable energies and, within these projects, the preponderance of photovoltaics; emphasis on the difficulties encountered in gaining local acceptance for production projects...The Ecoterritoires barometer is due to be published quarterly in future.
