Trendeo presents its data on global land purchases to the World Bank in Washington, D.C.

An e-mail dated December 23 informed us of the success of our application to the Land and Poverty[1] conference organized each year by the World Bank: " Thank you for submitting an abstract for presentation of your work at the Annual World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty 2012, to be held in Washington, DC from April 23-26, 2012. We received a very strong response, with more than 300 abstracts which have each been assessed by two independent reviewers. We are happy to inform you that, based on the reviewing process, your paper entitled "Proposal for setting up a World Land Purchase Monitor" has been accepted for presentation at the conference. "
We therefore presented data collected on over 600 transactions at the conference. The main results are shown below:
